Some people may poo-poo the idea of cleansing negative energies from the home, but when it comes to sleep show me a parent who isn’t willing to try ANYTHING to get some decent rest!

There’s a new hack doing the rounds that people some people swear is ‘magic’, and helps kids and babies settle down to sleep through the night with no spells or burning of sage involved.

Taking to social media, mum-of-two and psychic medium Jessica Lynne explained that a simple lime- yes, the citrus fruit- is the key to ‘A hack like no other’.

Take a lime, cut it in half, put it in a small bowl of water and leave it in your child’s room- out of reach of pets, as limes can be toxic for our furry friends. You can also diffuse limes around the house.

And hey presto!

Jessica explained that limes contain cleansing agents that get rid of negative, fear-based energies in your child’s room- no more monsters under the bed or the boogieman out the window.

Jessica said ‘SAVE THIS because there’s no need to struggle with sleep again! My friend even checked the cameras in the house to see if her sons were still there LOL.

‘Limes have helped hundreds of my client’s families sleep well. Picture this…. Your kids sleeping through the night. No longer waking up to a toddler in your bed! No more talk of “MONSTERS” in their bedrooms at night.’

Whether or not you believe in natural magic this hack is definitely worth trying, judging by the number of parents swearing it works in the comments.

One said ‘My daughter slept 10 hours uninterrupted for the first time in her life after I did this. It could be a coincidence but before this she would only sleep 3-5 hour stretches.’ while another confirmed ‘This absolutely works’ after her two kids stopped suffering nightmares.

Another still said ‘Stop it. THIS. Freaking. Worked’.

Dunno about you but we’re picking up a net of limes on our lunch break!
